- Availability status flags (Open to Work, Travel Ready, etc.)
- Verification timestamps
Employers
- Company name, contact name, corporate email, WhatsApp phone
- State/city; job posting details
Contact Form Leads
- Name, email, WhatsApp phone, and form-specific fields
- Source page URL, submission timestamp
Automatically Collected
- Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — used for security and analytics only
- Google Analytics 4 events (anonymized)
We do not collect patient health information (PHI) of any kind.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the talent marketplace (matching professionals with employers)
- To verify your identity via dual OTP
- To send transactional notifications (OTP codes, availability re-confirmation)
- To improve the platform and detect fraud/abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except for: (a) the employer who unlocks your contact details; (b) service providers (transactional email, WhatsApp API) strictly necessary to operate the platform; (c) legal requirements.
4. Data Retention
- Active professional profiles: retained while the profile is active
- Archived/stale profiles (non-responding to re-confirmation): auto-purged after 90 days of inactivity
- Unverified leads (OTP not completed): purged after 7 days
- Audit logs: retained for 2 years

- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
