Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making healthcare career resources accessible to everyone.
Last updated: · Data Methodology
Health Talent Staffing targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility compliance across the web platform and mobile app, enforced in our CI/CD pipeline via automated accessibility testing on every deployment.
Our Commitment
We believe healthcare career resources should be accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. Accessibility is not a feature — it is built into the foundation of every page and component on this platform.
Standards We Target
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, the current international standard
- Semantic HTML with appropriate ARIA labels where needed
- Keyboard navigation support on all interactive elements
- Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
- Explicit focus indicators on all focusable elements
- Explicit image alt text on all meaningful images
- Form labels associated with every input
- Error messages that are programmatically associated with their inputs
- Touch targets minimum 44×44px (mobile)
- No horizontal scroll at standard viewport widths
How We Test
- Automated axe-core accessibility tests run in CI on every deployment
- Manual keyboard navigation testing on all new page templates
- Screen reader testing (VoiceOver, NVDA) on major template types
- Lighthouse accessibility audits on every page template
Known Limitations
We are actively working to achieve full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance across all pages. Some third-party embedded content (e.g., maps, external widgets) may not fully meet these standards.
